Refund policy

Processing Times Orders placed before 10:00 AM MST on business days are typically shipped the same day, provided items are in stock. Orders placed after 10:00 AM ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please note: shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or product availability. We recommend ordering early if you have a specific delivery deadline.

Payment & Billing We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — no surcharges apply. Please ensure your billing address and phone number match exactly what's on file with your card issuer, as mismatches can delay order processing.

We also accept money orders in U.S. dollars. Orders paid by money order are processed upon receipt of cleared funds. Product availability cannot be guaranteed until payment clears.

Shipping Address For your security, we ship to the billing address on file with your credit card by default. If you'd like your order shipped to a different address, please complete our address authorization form before placing your order.

International Orders We're happy to ship internationally! Here's what international customers should know before ordering:

  • Customs & Import Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority — not Fantasticblades.
  • Import Regulations: Please verify that the item(s) you're ordering are legal to import in your country before purchasing. Laws around knives, blades, and related products vary widely by region. We are unable to issue refunds for orders seized or held by customs due to local import restrictions.
  • Shipping Insurance: International shipments are required to be insured. This is arranged at the time of shipping to protect your order in transit.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
