We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how we can help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety reasons, items showing signs of use, handling, or edge contact cannot be returned. All sales on display-only and decorative items are final once opened.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-store purchases at Cottonwood Mall, Albuquerque, NM are eligible for exchanges only, per New Mexico state regulations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted outside the United States.

SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
