Return Policy

Fantasticblades LLC allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or Submit an Email to inform us an order is going to be returned. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned Products. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Damaged Products. 
Fantasticblades LLC works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box that the items were shipped in because they may need proof. Please take photos of damaged product so a representative can review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order. Fantasticblades LLC Follows Strict rules and regulations for return Policy. Incase of injury Fantasticblades LLC does not or will not Assume any liability due to Products that are defective from manufacture. All products that are defective after the 30 day warranty will have to summit a claim to the manufacture and request a replacement to be sent to an updated address. This process will only work for internet website sales not inside store purchases. when purchasing an item from store you agree to terms and conditions that where set in the Terms and Conditions pages witch is located on the bottom foot of Fantasticblades LLC website. Every product that is sold is new in the box, however when a product is sold it becomes used Fantasticblades does not except used product simply because we will not Assume liability for any Weapons that might have been used in a crime or robbery any other event.
Defective AirSoft Guns
We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell.  All airsoft guns that are sold from Fantasticblades LLC comes With Term and Conditions, any customer who make's a purchase from Fantasticblades LLC Website automatically agrees to terms and condition witch releases Fantasticblades LLC from all liability. we cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is defective and does not work, please call us or email Fantasticblades@gmail.com and inform us of the situation. When we receive your email or phone call we will then start the process for a return, Fantasticblades LLC may request for the gun to be shipped back and photos of damaged products. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping.
